Since UP is Pixar's 10th movie I wanted to make a poll to see which one is the best.

Which Pixar Movie is the Best?

  • Toy Story (29.1%)
  • A Bug's Life (3.6%)
  • Toy Story 2 (0%)
  • Monsters, Inc. (5.5%)
  • Finding Nemo (12.7%)
  • The Incredibles (16.4%)
  • Cars (3.6%)
  • Ratatouille (3.6%)
  • WALL-E (10.9%)
  • UP (14.5%)
  • Total Votes: 55

I picked the Incredibles after some deliberation - Wall-e is definately the most artistic.  Monsters Inc. made me laugh the most.  Up has the best quotes ("I was hiding under your porch becaue I love you!").  Ratatouille has the most realistic effects (have you seen what all they do to Remy's fur throughout the movie?!), and Cars actually makes you excited about the outcome of the final race.  Finding Nemo always gives you warm-fuzzies while laughing till you pee at Dory trying to make sense of things.  Toy Story is just classic, and I don't think I've given a toy to goodwill since.

BUT... I'm a geek and love superheros - so I pick The Incredibles.  It's the only one I could watch twice in a row without getting antsy.

My feelings exactly. Yes

But I still give toys to Goodwill... Indifferent

I can't decide between Toy Story, Monsters Inc., and Finding Nemo.

I really couldnt decide.  WALL-E was the last I've seen so it has the greatest impression; I just wish they expanded on some of the characters more if I remember correctly (more Mo!).  I also enjoyed Cars and the Incredibles, and I think Monster's Inc was the most lol worthy?

I have no idea.  A solid company it appears though.

I wanted to say Up but that was the last one I saw and thought I may be biased towards it.  Then I wanted to pick Finding Nemo, but then started looking over the rest of the list again and changed my mind to Ratatoullie.  Then I read over the list again and changed it to Monsters, Inc.  Then I started banging my head on the desk and started over and decided that out of all of them, the one that I wouldn't be able to change the channel on is The Incredibles.

God that was actually a really hard survey.  Please never do that again.

I went with my gut and chose The Incredibles. If I sat and thought too much about which movie I would pick, it would be a really tough decision. All of them are exceptional movies. However, I don't think there has ever been a superhero movie that captured the feel of a superhero comic nearly as well as The Incredibles. Everything from the art, action and music just felt right.

I ended up going with the Incredibles as well, due to many of the above reasons.  They were all good films (save maybe TS2 that doesn't seem to stand out in my head, and I've never seen Bug's Life) but I too think the Incredibles is the one I'll watch if on TV without switching the channel as well.

This is difficult.

I think I'm going to go with Toy Story.

Hard choice between The Incredibles, Monster's Inc. and Up. Had to go with Up as it got the most laughs out of me when I watched it.
