Requesting Xbox Originals titles?

Well, unless I'm missing something, the Xbox Originals are for download only.  If he already downloaded it to his 360, it is his.  To the best of my knowledge he's not going to be able to return that or transfer it to you, like you were saying with the download code.  I've seen it on here before where Goozex offers XBLA games and I have no idea how people trade those and the same goes for this.  It's actually both you guy's fault. Yours for not knowing that you can't get that Xbox Original game through this site and his for selecting the Xbox Original title instead of the actual Fable disc version that he proably sent to you.  Correct me if I'm wrong, though.

Most games are purchasable via a code card at Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target, etc. These codes can be traded and then the buyer downloads the game via the code.

OK, but why would someone buy a new game from online just to trade it on here?  I guess if they got it as a gift and didn't want it maybe.  I don't know.  Just seems odd to me.

If they find it for cheap, I have managed to get a lot of games lately for less then $5 for the Xbox.

This happened to me once, but I went ahead and accepted the trade anyways. Even though the disc version was 50 points less than the Xbox Originals version, I figured I can trade the game back later when I'm done.  In my feeback response, I made sure the guy knew he messed up and to choose the correct version next time.
