Three questions from a relative n00b to Goozex that I couldn't find in the FAQ:

  1. What's the official Time Zone of new games going "Active" on their release date?  Example, Damnation ships this Tuesday, should I be on Goozex on Monday night/Tuesday morning at 12am Pacific, Eastern, Greenwich Mean, etc.?  Maybe it's Eastern 'cause the snail mail address on the Contact Us page is Maryland.
  2. How often are those release dates checked / monitored for errors by Goozex (or Muze, I guess?  Not sure what Muze is)?  Dragon Age: Origins (PC) had a release date of March 23, and it still does on Goozex, even though EA delayed it to November (it even had a -50 point change this week!).  It'd be cool to remain 9th on the list, but I don't really hold any illusions of that happening.   Wink
  3. When do games typically get entered into the system and made available for Watch Lists?  By way of example, Ghostbusters (June 16) is in, as is the just-announced-3-days-ago first Fallout 3 DLC-on-disc (Operation Anchorage & The Pitt) (May 26), but the second Fallout 3 DLC-on-disc (Broken Steel & Point Lookout) (August) is not, nor is Brutal Legend (October).  The Watch Lists obviously aren't as critical, but I'm curious.

For number one it's Tuesdays (Monday "night") at 1am eastern time. Or whichever day the game is being released.

I'm not to sure how Muze works with their game lists though sorry.

muze is pretty slow about updating their databases (I still don't think Nascar Kart racing is listed) Goozex announced/stated yesterday that they are going to start also using amazon to verify dates (and pricing) which will hopefully alleviate some date errors.

CrAzY-SmG:

no clue

mafafu, i told you yesterday what to do about this
