Note: I've already sent in a support ticket e-mail to Goozex, just a few minutes ago, I'm still pending for a reply. I just thought I'd post it here on the forums to see if anyone will be able to figure this out. :) I made a purchase of a $30.00 Gift Card for Goozex, consisting of 500 Points and Trade Credits, I only used 2 Trade Credits, and 200 Points, the rest was missing from my account when I had re-logged back in. Basically, it went like this 500 Points (Total that was available in my account) 5 Trade Credits (Also in my account) Used 2 Credits, and 200 points for trades, it should have resulted in 3 Trade Credits and 300 Points, but I received a 100 Points from a completed trade from 1 of my offers, so I have 200, I'm still missing 300 Points, and 3 Trade Credits. I checked my account history, nothing's showing up about those missing points or trade credits. Please help resolve this issue.

It sounds like you did the right thing in contacting support.

Reviewing your account history would have been my only suggestion and it seems you've already checked it.  There is a possability that your points/trade credits are being reserved for matches with other users that have not yet accepted to send a game or games to you.  However that would also show in account history as well.

Looking over your trade history, I see you did get a negative on a trade and i'm not sure if your counting this as points you should have received.

Honestly, without seeing a breakdown of your full account history, this would be difficult to advise on in the forums since your description only provides a part of the overall picture.

Best advice I could give is to be patient for a few days and allow Goozex time to review your account.  I've never had an issue with points/credits disappearing and i'm sure they can provide a rationale explanation to you once they've had time to review everything.
