You could always hold something they love hostage until they start to trade. Or, borrow one of Cheese's seal clubbing clubs and beat them until they trade.
You really can't force anyone to trade, if they don't want to take advantage of this great service it is their loss. You can only explain to them the value of Goozex and hope they will use it.
