This is bassicly continuing the discussion on the thread about neutral feedback.
My personal opininion is that this is rediculous, someone should change this immediately. If someone sends you something with something missing, the buyer faces the consequences, and the seller gains from it. The only thing the seller gets is bad feedback, so he can live. On the other hand, the disgruntled buyer must wait the extra time in line for his game to be requested, and he doesn't enjoy any of the extra accesories that should've came with the game. hopefully more people agree with me on this matter and vote in favor of the buyer.

I think that the only time you should get points back is if it's a periphial bundle and you recieve disc and manual only.
If you order a game that's just a normal disc case and manual then maybe you could get like 50 points back or so.

I agree. For games like Guitar Hero III, if you pay 1000 points and don't get the guitar, that sucks. Same if you get a collectors edition and there are no extras with it. You might as well have gotten the regular version for less points.
yeah and thats bassicly what i'm mad about. i got a trade without the peripheral and never got compinsated, and had to spend my money to ship it out, and wasted a trade credit. lucky me right?
so obviously this needs to be changed only 16.7 % of people disagree so far.
wow so goozex is gonna lose 18% of its members if they don't change this rule....might wanna hop on this g-team

18% of the people that voted does not equal 18% of the members.
And after my vote it is only 16.7%.
I agree with Mafafu and Zack21 you messed up big time on your percents. You should re-take 8th Grade Math.
Offered in protest:
This poll thread seems to me to be more a petition than a poll. It greets me as biased because it does nothing to explain the current system or even link to the original thread it refers to, forcing those who haven't been following to either go looking for it with the oft unused search engine or guess at what is meant. This reduces the sampling of the 'middle' opinion. Furthermore, it draws a conclusion after a sampling of 7 hours, not allowing time for people to actually respond.
I think that you are going to have to be far more neutral if you want to inspire a change based on a poll. Otherwise, you are better off writing an argument and asking for signatures.
I'm not going to weigh in with an opinion on neutral feedback here. Just this protest to the manner in which it was delivered. I don't feel like offering an honest response either way is really what you are after, but rather your points back for a specific trade gone sour.
In sincerety, I feel bad for your situation. It certainly isn't fair that somebody didn't send you what you requested.
Respectfully,

To piggyback off naytk's comment, you really shouldn't give your fervent opinion, or any opinion, in the OP of a poll.
ilovetrading: NO, I perfectly agree with Goozex on this one.

I don't know what "this one" is or what you are referring to, so I can't rightfully post an option in the poll. Very ambiguous post.
I have brought to light a monstrous abnormality, but I did it for the sake of knowledge. Now for the sake of all life and Nature you must help me thrust it back into the dark again.H.P. Lovecraft"The Case of Charles Dexter Ward"
... that is because it is more of a rant ...
Like many things, I don't think the answer is black & white. For example, not getting a manual for a DS game is very different from not getting the rumble pack for Metroid Prime Pinball.

for those of you who answered "i will leave goozex" good riddance
sorry that i posted such a biased post...I was just trying to get the debate/discussion started. and obviously 90% of people that voted say that there need to be some aspect of neutral feedback changed. so it is obviously flawed. I understand statistics and the reason my numbers were different is because over time more people voted and it changed the %'s. I win.
What is it you "win" exactly? I wasn't aware there was a competition going on.
