Was at Zellers Northgate Sunday (yesterday) looking for a cheaper hand turned sort like I'd seen online for around seven bucks plus shipping. Lucked out and found the deluxe package for less than ordering the cheaper one would have come to in total.

Phillips DiscFix Pro Series requires no hand cranking or batteries, it has an AC adapter! Claims it can repair scratches that make disc unusable but also great just for cleaning. Has both the repair fluid and the cleaning fluid included, enough for 300 discs. Buffing, sanding, and cleaning pads are also included - enough for 50 discs. Regular price was $29.99 but there was a sign hung above that offered 50% off making my purchase just $14.99 plus tax. Ordering the cheap hand turned job online would cost more once you add on the shipping etc. and this machine is much better! It even turns itself off when cycle is completed. Machine works on CDs, DVDs, and video game discs. It handles different sized discs including 8 cm and 12 cm too.
Don't know how long this sale is for or if all stores offer this special too but thought maybe some people might be interested and maybe this offer is available where they shop at Zellers? Handy tool for Goozex traders to keep that rep up and should pay for itself in no time?
