Hey everyone,
Thought I'd make a quick post about what has turned into a really long delay in pushing out the next Goozcast. The GTeam has been in and out of the office this entire month and that won't change until February. Unfortunately this has placed the Goozcast on hold until February. This sucks b/c we have our next guest lined up and ready to go.
One idea I've been toying with is having auditions to have a member host a weekly Goozcast. Is there any interest for this? If there is interest, we can perhaps flip the Goozcast setup and the GTeam become the interviewees to the host(s) who creates their own program and content on all things games, pop culture, and of course Goozex.

that's the exact opposite direction i wanted to take this thread...
Goozcast will return in Feb when travelling calms down...just getting a feeling for demand of other formats...
That said...catch me on a Friday night for the next boozcast and I'll spill the beans on what NinjaJ and Chooch do in the office when a disagreement flairs up on what to do with Cheez's ability to break things on the site.

On a serious note, I think this idea merits some attention. Although I would be loathe to lose the goozcast (try saying that on air!), it would be interesting to have a G-news (would that be stepping on gnu?) covering hot threads, reviews for new games, special events, tech and gaming news and special events. I would be willing to contribute content and ideas, but as far as actually recording... I'm probably not the person for the job.

I like the idea of a weekly goozcast and about time. I'm willing to help in any way I can.
As for the host(s)...well hell that is a hard one but I'm sure we can get someone wasted enough to do it...or bribe them.
