I requested a full package mercenaries 2 (PS3) and didn't get the manual and I was wondering what action I should take? I clicked the report feedback and there isn't an option for neutral or negative. I sent him a PM and just wanted to make sure he didn't forget to put the manual in the case.
If he doesn't have the manual and blantantly went against the rules do I get a refund? I know most people on here trade with other sites as well and know that it's a pain in the butt to try and trade games without manuals

You could leave neutral feedback as there is an option for it, but I'd wait until he responds to your PM. If he did intentionally shipped without the manual ask them to cancel the trade and have them cover the cost to ship the game.

There isn't an option for full package that came without a manual. There is an option for disc and manual only and disc only. I accidently left negative feedback. I wrote up a negative feedback report, but canceled it... but it still went through some how. He answered back to that and said "send it back and i'll get you another one.." -- I responded he could just send me the manual and it would be fine.
I hope you guys can work something out as it is easier than getting the G-Team involved.
FYI This is what pops up under neutral feedback for a game I have requested (as disc + manual). You could have selected the 2nd one and left the comment that you received the case as well, but no manual.
Insufficient postage
Why is it only neutral feedback when someone doesn't include a manual. As the other post said, it's very difficult to trade a game without a manual, even on this site. Also, why isn't there an option for Disc + Case, as some people would be OK with that . . . "Disc Only" most people don't want.

Then stop mislisting your games. If you dont have the manual you need to list your game as disc only.
It sux and even though I agree with the option of disc+case if you list as full package and don't have the manual it is not a full package aka complete.

He's correct - it isn't difficult to list your games correctly. If you don't have the manual, you don't list as full package. It really is just that simple, and there's no excuse for doing otherwise. Users that can't grasp this concept make it a pain for everyone.
And no, they really don't need another option. You can list these games as disc only and actually send something more than the listing requests. Then there's no chance that anyone is disappointed. Or at least not one that you the seller could avoid.

Officially, negative is incorrect feedback for such an issue. However, it is a ludicriously large hole in the system, and an abuse of the system on the buyers end, and needs to be addressed. Negatives will do that; Neutrals will not.
Ideally you were thorough in your comments at the very least. Here's hoping the G-Team gives it a once over.
