want to buy world of warcraft?

i want to play it.where a good place i could buy it for 15-20 bucks.do i need the burning crusaide?

or do i just get the old one and but the new expansion?

You can get it directly from their website for $20, but keep in mind there's also a monthly subscription fee...

The expansion isn't necessary to start, you do get a couple more races to choose from but much of the additional content doesn't come into play until you're much higher level.  It might be a good idea to see if you like it before you get the extra stuff.

also you can start with a free trial through them, it is a pretty good and addicting game, i just couldn't afford the time to play it so i sold my old account to a friend for a 3-month live card that my pops gave away for free to his friend!

i used to play on Elune with a blood elf lvl 44 rogue, but had various twinks from lvl 17-37.

a good begging class to start off with would be a hunter once you hit like lvl 9 you can get a pet that really helps you out.

One thing to keep in mind. The game is free. It's the account you're paying for. The entire WoW classic and BC client can be downloaded free of charge from the official WoW website. So if you don't feel like going out to buy the game, you can just download the client and purchase an account from the website.

Also, You don't NEED BC but once you hit level 60(the process being hastened in patch 2.4) there will be nothing left to do untill you buy the expansion. But by that point you should know whether or not you like it. I would get BC(and in a month WOTLK) once you know you want to keep playing it. right now, the neutral city Shatrath is a major trading hub and only accessable to people with the BC expanision.  I would say play to 35-40. Once you get to that point you should have a better idea of whether or not you'll like to keep playing

so much will it cost?it is better to but the battlechest

i would start off with 1 or 2 free trial accounts for the regular version, here is link:

then if you like it buy the battlechest and only activate the regular wow on your account then use up the one month of account time you get for activating it and get another 10 day trial but for burning crusade. then by the time your done with that trial activate the burning crusade on your account and you will have another months time.
