Well this is what happened. This great trader with like 40+ Games Sent and 30+ Games Received sent me Assassin's Creed Limited Edition. He even got me Priority shipping and packaged it very well. One problem, the disc is unplayable. I have no idea why, I don't know if its my xbox or what. It pops up message that the disc is unplayabe. I even tried it at my friends house and it says its unplayable. I don't know what to do at this point. I wanted to know if there is anyway to give him points and get mine refunded. Any help?

send it back to him and both agree to cancel, like the trade never took place i suppose
If you don't do as huggybear says, Goozex may have you ship the game to them to check on its playability. (Only if the seller contests your negative)

I think this is the best course of action. Dispute resolution is much smoother when Goozex doesn't have to be involved.

yea, this is happening to me too. I sent out a game that I fully completed awhile back ago
but the buyer says that its not reading on their xbox. It was nice of my buyer to go get it resurfaced before leaving feedback. Heres hoping i dont have to cancel or get a get a negative...

This happened to me on the other end. I sent a game out to someone and when they received it, they said it was damaged due to shipping. He made sure to leave a comment saying that I was a really good trader, that he didn't want to leave it, that I packaged it really well, and that he didn't want to leave the feedback, so I don't mind that much but...It's still a negative feedback.
Can I e-mail feedback@goozex.com and get the feedback removed? Sorry if it says in the goozex FAQ, I read it pretty well over, but I just might be blind.
