i have had bad luck with this site so far...two times i was supposed to recieve a game and one never showed up and the other i was told he moved to a dorm and never sent the game out...

so now on my third try i get the game (Throne of Darkness, PC) with super lightning speed. the game arrived in two plastic cases in an envelope. it looks like it got stepped on or crushed during delivery and the first case is cracked badly and the disc is scratched up because of it. it will work on my moms computer but will not read on mine which does me no good. also it gets to the point on my moms computer where it asks for the serial number but one never came with the game. i appreciate the guys speedy delivery but it could have been protected better during shipping. i read his feedback and apparently others have complained about his poor packaging and left negative feedback due to cracked or broken games. so the game is basically worthless to me since i cant very well kick my mom off her computer to play the game...and i cant even play it anyway without the serial number.

so my question is what course of action should i take? and is the serial number considered part of the package in a disc only choice? i mean it really should be since it is absolutely needed to even play it.

Non-playable = negative.  It might be USPS fault, but had he used a bubble-mailer it would likely have survived,

Adn no serial = non-installable = non-playable ... = negative.
