Anyone heard anything about this game? It went completely under my radar.

There is some video goodness available on XBL. The combat system reminds me a lot of Valkyrie Profile: Silmeria from the video I watched on Live. Be prepared to chuckle at some of the battle cries.

A couple of Goozex users have posted their reviews on the game page. I added this to my requests about 7 hours after it went active and now I'm like 4th out of total shipped. It says in the mail!!! Woo!
Reviews seem to be ranging from mediocre to decent. I'm a Tri-Ace fan so I'll probably pick it up when the price goes down. If you're looking for a solid RPG Tales of Vesperia is your best bet right now.
Is Vesperia a masher like Trusty Bell? I took a break from Eternal Sonata because the button presses were a little excessive for me.

Every Tales game I've played require a lot of button mashing to pull of massive combos. I agree with Chris though, the game is amazing. I completely abandoned Lost Odyssey once Vesperia came out.

Eternal Sonata is ridiculously easy. Butotn mashing will only get you so far in Vesperia. You need to learn the mechanics real well if you want to pull off crazy combos.
