Hi everyone, i had 100 points and used them on my first Goosex transaction. The game was sent july 21, 2008 but has not arrived yet. how do i go about getting my 100 points back and how long should i wait before asking for them?
Email the seller first to see why you haven't gotten it, then if you don't hear from him. Leave him negative feedback. You will get your points back. You might have to wait a few more days before the system will let you leave negative feedbacki.
The system automatically closes the trade on the 21st day of it being active. You would leave negative feedback on the 20th day and wait for your points to be refunded.
ok ive left negative feedback...i hated to do it because the guy/girl seems responsible, has no other negative feedback and responds to messages...
so do i contact someone to get my points back or do they just come back?
your points should come back automatically within 48-72 hours (usually sooner)
I hate leaving negative feedback to. Ive only done it twice and felt bad but thats the rules and if I didnt recieve my game then I wanted my points back ya know.. So, you did the right thing and your points will be there in the next couple days. You can be matched super quick for a game. I know one time I got my points and refreshed the page and I was matched for a game already within 2 minutes of recieving them. So, ya welcome to the site, hope ya like it.
