What happens if i got matched and the game is marked as shipped but never arrives? how do i go about getting my points back and how long should i wait before taking any action? the game was sent on july 21st and its now august 4th, thats 14 days.
Wait until it is the 20th day of the trade being active. On the 21st day, the system automatically leaves positive feedback. On the 20th day, leave a negative.
