So a few days I sent my first game out to someone. All is good. Just now I got an email saying he gave me a negative feedback because the game had a few scratches on it was playable, but had the occasional "hiccup". I believed him about the scratches (theyre just normal wear and tear blemishes) but I had tested it before I sent it to him. I played it for well over 30 minutes or so and it worked perfect! No framrate drops, save issues, freezing. Nothing. I even asked him to post pics of the scratches and, if possible, a video of the game and its "hiccups"?
Does anybody but me think this is a BS negative feedback or should I just get over it?
hmm, this is kind of hard to say I rarely have any scratched games in my collection all of them are mint. Maybe it's his system? Looks like he only has 1 game received and sent tho? So he wasn't willing to give any proof?
I think that his comments to your negative feedback fail him, and that he may not understand the standard of playability of Goozex. "Technically playable" is a +5 Positive Feedback. I would suggest that you email feedback at goozex dot com. Explain to them the situation much as you have stated here, provide the user names and game title involved, and assure them of the game's playability. They will investigate the situation.

I find myself in a somewhat similar situation. I have someone who has given negative feedback in the past claiming that they didn't get the game I sent them. Imagine my surprise when I get something claiming they didn't get it. I packed it nice (it was a GBA game, so I wrapped it in TP prior to placing it in the letter), and sent it off. Now, because this person claims they didn't get it, something that is far too easy IMO, I have now given a game away potentially. Because I sent it regular mail, how I am supposed to prove it got there. I feel kinda scammed, and think that this site isn't as legit as they may lead you to believe.

As long as you use delivery confirmation, you will be fine. You will have the USPS site and reciept to prove it was delivered in that city. Even if the PO delivers it to the wrong address both you and the buyer are covered.
Yeah dont call the site fake because you didnt get delivery confirmation.
P.S. I see your from mesa. Im in Gilbert. Haha its a small world.
rklamer:Delivery confirmation is free.
Actually, I believe through PayPal D.C. is 18 additional cents for 1st Class Mail, but it would be free for USPS Priority.
Ahh, there's the thing, then. I usually send Priority so it's free for me lol. My bad.

if he leaves negative feedback you can email feedback@goozex.com to contest the negative if you are sure that the game was indeed playable. More than likely he will be required to send the game to goozex to have it tested.
