I just recieved negative feedback stated the a game that was recieved was too scratched to play.....I have been on vacation for about a week and to my suprise that game was returned to me because the user gave me his wrong address.....so he obviosly lied about ever even recieveing the game let alone it not working....How do I get this negative feedback removed?  Also I think this user should be banned....Any help goozex?  This is really upsetting!
