Hello everyone, I recently (2 weeks ago) was put into a trade with a new user for Burnout Paradise (PS3). I still have not recieved the game, and this user is new (this is their first trade). I have been PM'ing them almost everyday and still have not received an answer of if the person has sent the game or not. I was wondering that If I do not recieve the game, and I give them a Negative Feedback (please forbid that I have to do this), do I get my points back, and my Trade Credits (I have 0 right now). Also will I be put back into line for the game? Thanks everyone.
Yes, leave a negative on the last possible day(you will get an email when you have 3 days left). You will get your points and credit and spot in line back.
If you do not receive the game by day 20 leave negative feedback. You will get your points, trade token and your original spot in line back.
If the games shows up after you leave a negative, email help @ goozex.com and feedback @ goozex.com (no spaces) with details on the trade (your ID, the sender's ID, the game, etc.) And they will deduct the points and token from you account and change the feedback.

Alright Guys, update: The user has apparently deleted his account. So what should I do. I get this when I try to get to his account.
" The user information you requested is not available because the user does not exist or was disabled."
When the negative is placed, is the refund automatic, or do you have to contact Goozex.

Update: I cannot leave a negative feedback, because it hasn't been 16 days yet (shipped on April 08.) So I have to wait then, in the meanwhile I contacted help@goozex, and I will contact Feedback.
Update: I got a trade cancellation request from Goozex, which I accepted and I got my 1000 Points, 1 TC, and my place back in line. Thanks Guys for the help, really appreciate it.

yes you will recieve your points and trade credit back for not receiving the game just make sure to leave negative feedback before the system automatically leaves positive feedback. As for being put back in line, I think you may end up getting put back at the end of the line :/..Although I'm not positive.

If you leave a negative feedback, you will be put back into the spot in line where you were when matched
