If I cancel, will I get re-matched?

So I have a trade going on for Fable: The lost chapters. When I was initially matched with the seller, he PM'd me before accepting the trade, letting me know that he was really busy, and might not be able to ship it for a little while. He wanted to make sure that it was okay before accepting the offer, not wanting to cause any trouble. I said sure, as I am in no pressing need to receive the game. The seller originally stated that it would be about a week before he shipped it, which would have left plenty of time for it to arrive still within the deadline. So days and days go by (3 days left now), and I still don't see anything in the mail. I PM'd him yesterday asking for an update and he told me that he still hasn't shipped it. Due to our gepgraphical locations, the game will not arrive in time, unless he like ships it overnight or something. So, we can either just cancel the trade, or I will have to leave feedback on faith and hope that it comes and is in the correct condition- since I will be losing out on Goozex guarantee by leaving feedback. My question is, if we cancel the trade, will we get re-matched by the system? This way there will be more time for the trade to complete. But, if we cancel, will we get matched again? Or at least a high probability that we will get matched again? Or does the system automatically not re-match us due to our previous cancelled trade? I'm wondering what you guys would do in this situation. I don't really have any problem with the seller as he has been very honest in his communications, but don't really want to leave feedback in faith. Ruahrc

If you accept a cancellation you will get your place back in line, but you may not be matched with the same seller next time. You definitely should not let the system time out or leave positive feedback if you don't have the game. Goozex can reverse a negative feedback if you do get the game after the deadline, so if you can't get the other user to cancel then a negative is probably your best choice.

Hm.. It looks like I can't request a cancellation at this point- I guess according to the FAQ you can only request a cancel 6 days after the start of a trade to cancel. So what I will do is email Goozex and see if I can cancel the trade, then if that doesn't work out in time then I will leave a negative feedback and then have it reversed after the game arrives. Didn't know about those cancellation rules. Everybody take note! Ruahrc
