I wanted Lego Star Wars II: the original trilogy for my son, was matched properly but the guy sent Lego Star Wars: the video game instead. My son already has that one. I sent a PM to the guy, what next? Do I send the game back, but how do I get my trade credit and points back?

Thanks for any advice.

    Thanks for contacting the team about this. What you can go ahead and do is ship the game to Goozex HQ and once received, they will process your refund of credits and points spent immediately. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

I believe there is an option for wrong game (neutral feedback?).  I'd leave a note though, something like "sent wrong game, shipped wrong game to Goozex and to get refund" or "sent wrong game, resolving issue directly w/Goozex" or something to that effect.

Well after this deal went wrong my interest in Goozex plummeted... I went from checking in several times a day to checking in maybe once a week...Sad

I just had the wrong game sent to me too. I requested Silent Hill 2 for the Playstation 2, and received it for the XBox instead. I game the seller a Neutral feedback, and first thought I could just put it out for trading to get my points back, but the XBox version is worth 300 points less than the PS2.

Do I just mail the game back to the address above for credit?

 e-mail help(at)goozex.com to see hat they want you to do. they will probably ask you to ship the game to you, but you want to be sure

Sorry, but you just lost those points.

In my case, nothing happened, I mailed the game to Goozex and they claim it didn't get there, so my point$ vwere lost too... remember, this happened in April, now it's July and nothing was done.

I guess don't expect any customer service at all, and you'll be satisfied. sadly...
