I have not sent the actual game to the buyer and we have both agreed to cancel the trade. However the official status is shipped and neither of us have the option to cancel. What can we do?

You only have a limitted time to request a trade cancellation and it appears you've missed this window. If the person receives the game, get them to ship it back, email feedback @ goozex.com and help @ goozex.com (no spaces) and explain the situation. Be sure to include important information (your ID, the receiver's Id, the game, etc.)
As for your other question...the G-Team is quite busy and will eventually address your concerns. It could be an issue that they will have to do some research for before they can give a ruling.
It is suggested that if you have a question/problem to ask it in the forums first (never name another person). Your fellow Goozers are an amazing resource. If we can't answer your question/problem then email Goozex.

yeah i pressed the cancel trade button because i made a mistake on what i was sending to vanillafat01 (no manual and posted game as full package :P ) so of course i sent a couple messages to the user explaining the situation...and i never got a reply back....checked the cancel status on it today...and the buyer still hasnt replied! so i checked the buyer...and it tells me User does not exist or disabled! what the heck do i do...i still have my game...but i cant put it back in my library for someone else to buy...and i was already credited points...and this was my first trade on goozex....what do i do to resolve this?
Don’t send the game.
Email feedback@goozex.com and explain the situation and they will look into it, and take care of things.

My requestor received the game but hit the Cancel Trade button instead of the Leave Feedback button. Now my only option to complete this trade is to accept the cancel or wait 15 days for it to time-out. 15 DAYS?!? I have another game (same title) that I would like to post and trade but I can't because fo this pending cancellation that I can't do anything with. Is there anything the requestor can do?!?
I understand this feature but why must I wait 15 days?!? This puts me in a bind.

Are you certain there is not an option to decline the cancellation? Senders typically have this option and I don't know why it could be missing for you.
