Quick question, I recently recieved a game in the mail from a user here (full package) but it was sent in a regular envelope with no protection what so ever and as a result the case is cracked on the bottom and back and it won't close anymore.
Also, the instruction booklet looks like it has a bit of water damage on its covers and the game is pretty scratched up around the outer edges.
The game does play but it freezes up quite a bit (not completely though, it just kind of sputters every once and a while).
I just want to know if this would be a situation where neutral feedback would be appropriate or if I should give him +5. The game is an X-Box one (Knights of the Old Republic) so it is a bit old. Should I have just been expecting something not in great condition?
Any opinions on this would be great.
EDIT: I should add that I wouldn't know which neutral feedback to pick as well since the ones on the site:
Don't really fit with what's going on here.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

If that keeps happening I would deem that unplayable (like NCAA Football 07 and NHL 2k6 for the 360) and leave negative feedback.
He probably should have sent it in a bubble mailer, it's pretty much standard practice, but if he's new he probably wouldn't know that. Most of the games are used so some wear and tear is to be expected, but a broken case could have been prevented.
I'd pm the person who sent it to you and explain the situation and see if you can come to a mutual agreement.
