Obviously he is using the site due to his active reception of games.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;No response to my PM&amp;#39;s and this is the status of the game. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It says he still has 5 days left for it to arrive but i tried to send a pm to him to ask if it is on its way anyway. The problem was that his account no longer exists. I guess it is possible that he sent it out before he got disabled or whatever but i doubt it...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Since it is too late to cancel the trade, do i have any options left?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;How does it work now that his account is gone? Can I just cancel it now and get my spot back in line? Or do i just have to wait for the countdown and then get back in the queue? &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;d really rather not have to waste my time with that last one...&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve printed shipping labels through Goozex a few times before, and I don&amp;#39;t recall it ever giving me the option of altering the shipping address in anyway.&amp;nbsp; So, I don&amp;#39;t know what happened.&amp;nbsp; Could it have been a system glitch that caused the error?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My 2nd theory is that the buyer just changed the shipping address after I had already printed the label and mailed the game out.&amp;nbsp; I just checked out his goozex history and while he has been an active Goozex seller, he hasn&amp;#39;t received a game since June &amp;#39;08.&amp;nbsp; So I&amp;#39;m thinking that perhaps he moved and forgot to change his address until it was too late.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I responded to his PM, but he hasn&amp;#39;t responded. Anyways, I have a perfect rating on Goozex. &lt;p&gt;I have recently been matched with someone who had 100% negative score (2/2 of the people he/she was matched with NEVER received their game) and I am rather worried.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am still at the point where the user has to confirm he/she still owns the game, but I have a feeling that if the user decides to complete the transaction, I will never receive the game.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I therefore have 2 questions for you guys:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1) Is there a way to cancel the trade so that I can be matched with somebody else?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2) If I never receive the game, can I be refunded?&lt;/p&gt;
