Goozex Game of the Year Poll Contest


Goozex, Inc. reserves all rights to use, not use, print, advertise, post online, or publish in any form and media any post that is a derivative work of the members on the forum. Goozex owns and reserves the right to use or not use any representation of our trademarked or copyrighted material.

In posting an a comment or phrase on the forums or in submitting your thoughts to Goozex, the author understands, acknowledges and accepts to grant Goozex all rights on any published text. Goozex may mention the author of the work or derivative work, but it is under no obligation to do so.

To be eligible users must sign up on Goozex.com, activate an account, and actively participate in the Goozex forums. Limit one prize per household. Multiple accounts, not confirmed accounts, fake emails, or incomplete or incorrect home addresses disqualify users from Goozex forum promotions. Winners must have a valid United States, Canadian or Bermudian mailing address on file with Goozex at the time of entry in the contest. Winners may not redeem any prize for cash, Goozex points or trade credits. Goozex will mail out the prizes to the addresses provided upon registration. Winners will be notified by email and may be publicly announced on the Goozex forum posts.

Submission of comments

Members can submit an comments that cover their thoughts for their GotY poll votes or other votes.  

Text can be submitted to enter the contest by posting on the forum, or by sending the text via email to marketing AT goozex com.

By submitting any text, members understand and accept that they will be automatically entered into the contest, and that any text submitted will become immediate property of Goozex. The author accepts to transfer all rights to Goozex, Inc.

Pre-selection of finalists

Goozex will select the finalists from all posts submitted or copied to the forums. Goozex may select one or more finalists, or no finalist at all. Finalists will be selected at Goozex's own discretion. All decisions are final.

All the finalists will be announced on the forum.

Goozex may elect to select additional winners at its own discretion, for secondary prizes selected by Goozex, or no prize at all.

By entering this contest, members agree that Goozex, Inc., may use their name, nickname, likeness, and website for promotional purposes without incurring any liability or obligation for remuneration. All registered Goozex users must be 18 years or older. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians. Goozex, Inc., is not responsible for damaged prizes, damages or expenses that the winners might incur as a result of the contest or the receipt of the prize, and winners are responsible for income taxes based on the value of the prize received. No purchase necessary. All federal, state, province and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
