I offered a game that is a classic and the box contains both 3.5 floppy and 5.25 disks. How would I make sure that the prospective trader is aware of this and will accept it prior to my sending it out? I really need a quick reply since someone is looking for the trade now and I don't want to disappoint them.
BuryMe: If the game also came out on CD, i would say you shouldn't trade the floppy version. if it's only available on flopp disc, a PM to the user should suffice

That really depends upon the UPC. If the floppy version has the same UPC as the later Disc version, it can be traded just fine. Still a PM would be in order.

Wow there's actually a game in the database that old? Send the user a quick PM regarding the situation to make sure he has the the right computer requirements to play the game. It's their responsibility to look this stuff up, but it can save you a headache later on in case the buyer didn't do their homework.
By the way, may I ask what game this is?
Edit: Oh! interesting, apparently there are sierra games that come on floppies in the database. There's actually a note in the trading info of some of these saying it's on a floppy. However, the don't all say this. I'd err on the side of caution and let them know anyway.
