To further confuse me they commented: "received it with manual and case !!! but the were both ripped or broken.nothing a little tape cant fix.A+++ seller" But w/e...what can you do, right?

This has happened twice to me, requested disc only, and sent everything but the manual. Got hit with a +5 when they complained about the case....
Your best bet is to PM them if you are sending them more than just the disc to remind them.
Hmmmmm....the buyers first 3 trades all mention a droken case, but he left +10 feedback. Maybe he is just now discovering the +5? Don't fret, we've all had these moments. The last one I had was because the jacket sleeve had both English and French text, and they thought I was sending them a game from a foreign country.

Ok, joking aside that's pretty crappy of the buyer. Who knows, you could try escalating it and see if the Goozex team will have pity. I guess technically if the disc was in great shape then it truly is incorrect feedback and should be changed.

You can't escalate a positive because, it's, you know, a positive... Pretty crappy on the buyers part, and even more so illogical, but what most people do rarely makes sense.
At least you had a streak that you could look forward to. My first trade...+5 with no comment. *sigh*

True that a positive is a positive. And i've gotten my share of +5's so i don't mind them. But i think from now on i'm just gonna send the disc in a disc only trade. Too many people seem to get screwed for including extra.
