Another user and I have an open dispute.  It was an honest mistake and we have reached a conclusion that satisfies us both (involves transferring 150 points from his account to mine).  I escalated the case to Goozex (as we obviously can't do it without their assistance) on August 16th.  A week went by with absolutely no response, so I sent an email to support on August 24th.  I didn't receive a response to that, either.  More than 2 weeks have gone by and Goozex still hasn't responded.  

If any admins are out there, can you please advise me as to how to proceed?

I'm sorry but I can't buy that anymore.  cheez flagged three cases and they were all responded to in the same day.  Why can't that happen when the initial email comes in?  Maybe they need to adjust their junk mail settings.

Thats was my guess, but once I place it on Google maps, nothing comes up, so I wanted to make sure before I send something.

Course not, I'm writing it like this "387 Technology Dr., College Park, MD 20742" or variations of that.  Nothing.  Does not compute.  First time Google has ever failed me.  ITS THE APOCALYPSE I TELL YA!!!!

Thanks a lot for your help, the case was resolved by the time I logged back on here this evening.  Seriously, thanks very much.

However, I have to agree with some of my fellow Goozers here.  Having disputes open for 2 weeks with no contact whatsoever, even after another email to support, is just lousy customer service.  There is a system in place for these things, so there shouldn't be a need post in the forums and have a mod flag the case.  I'd like to leave feedback stating how disappointed I am in Goozex's customer service, but I'm not convinced it would even be read.

My frustration with the site is not a reflection on the mods here.  I have had nothing but positive interactions with the forum crew.

Alright I saw this thread and figured i'll post here instead of opening a  new one. I've been having the same issue with Goozex escalated support not responding. Its' been a while now and we haven't received any kind of notification if someone is working on it or not. I left negative feedback for a game that doesn't work. Seller escalated and a week later I escalated too because nothing is getting done and we're both stuck in limbo. Any help would be appreciated.

The address on the campus of the University of Maryland, but on a street that isn't indexed. If you know where to look and go to the satellite view, the road is clearly there.

 

vortex, PM a Mod (mafafu, cheeznrice, etc) and they can bring it to the G-team's attention

I've flagged the issue for customer service - they should update the dispute shortly.  Keep an eye on the dispute resolution center and your e-mail.
