Heya folks,

I just reported a negative for game not recieved, and I see the sender is "user had been deleted or disabled". The game went to my completed, not to dispute, but I didn't get my points back.

What is the normal procedure in this case? Should I be emailing support@? Normally I wouldn't care but it's an 800 point game.

It takes 24-72 hours to refund the points and/or tokens. :)

it may take a few days but you'll get your points back. Dont delete the game from your request list because they will give you back your same spot in line when you get your points back.
