I bought 2 games from the same seller at the same time. (how does that happen...lol)   I have not received game(s). There is still 8 more days to go. They said the games were commited to ship by aug. 19th. What happens if I hit the cancel trade button? Do I get my points back? They have not sent a confirmation that they shipped the game,or a tracking number. I should have gotten the games by now right?

Have you tried messaging them? It is possible they're just being slow, or didn't use DC.

You could just wait until 3 days before it times out and leave negative feedback. You'll get your points back as long as they don't dispute.

You can request a cancel, but the seller doesn't have to accept it. Also, if you are the one requesting the cancellation and the request is granted, you'll go to the end of the line (I think).

Best bet is to wait and see if they arrive, and leave a negative if they don't.

Since the seller accepted the trade, if you originate the cancellation you do get your points back but you will also lose your place in line.   The seller still has to agree with the cancellation.  Wait it out, some users just forget to confirm sometimes.  It's proper etiquette to confirm the shipment to the buyer but not necessarily required.  As long as you receive your game within the allotted time and the requested condition you should be OK.

Try sending a PM to the seller to see if they respond with shipping info.  Try asking the seller if they wish to cancel, they will lose their place in line if they originate the cancellation and you will still get you points back without losing your place in line.  If you get within a couple of days of the delivery window expriing , you can give negative feedback, state you did not receive the game or confirmation of delivery and then it's up to the seller to dispute and resolve the transaction to your satisfaction.

If you cancel the trade, and they accept you will loose you place in line. Best to wait it out. When there is three days to go leave negative feedback for game not recieved. BTW are the high demand games? Chance you got matched with a scammer but thats a slim chance.

The seller seems legit He hasn't traded since july and I PM'd  3x's w/ no response. The games are mass effect 2 and ff 13 for the 360 and both from the same seller.

If you're set up for international trading, those can take a while too.

Shoot the seller a PM.  Maybe he just got busy and forgot to send on time.

If you don't hear anything back, leave him a negative for game not received with about three days left.  That way you'll be protected and it puts the pressure on him to take the negs or ship the games out.
