This is my problem.
I got nauseous at certain points in Super Mario Galaxy 2 because of how bad the camera is in some parts. In general I can get bad headaches if I play any game for more than ~3 hrs.
The Descent games for sure. Very disorienting.
Also, for some reason, Soldier of Fortune: Payback. Something about the head-bob when you were moving made my stomach turn.
The jetski level from the first Uncharted was the first time I felt physically ill since playing Wolfenstein for the first time in the early 90's.
Yes. Any game that has the camera bounce with the movement of the character. Its worse in 1st person over third and the jerkier the camera is overall the faster the motion sickness comes on.
I started playing Prince of Persia on the PS3 and vomited about halfway through. I started feeling sick about an hour into the game, and then I'd feel like vomiting every other time I put the game in. The thought of the the game still makes me throw up in my mouth a little.
So I traded it out.

[your favorite game] because it was nauseatingly bad. Actually though, the only game to inflict physical distress (blisters, not sickness) on me was Mario Party 1.
e: also forgot Bayonetta, it started to irritate the skin on my middle finger from hitting R2 constantly
Rock band and Guitar Hero games give me motion sickness if I play them too long. =/
The only game that has ever made me nauseous is Prey, and that was only when the camera spun to follow me as I walked up the walls/ceilings.
For some reason the Descent games have never bothered me, and I usually wound up finishing the levels either upside-down or sideways.

Oh god I forgot about Prey. Great game ( I thought so) but man barfy.
Also Rockband games make the world melt after playing for too long

Yes! Mario Party 1 had horrible controls. When you had to spin the analog stick around really fast, or button mash until you had no feeling in your fingers.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare & Modern Warfare 2 gives me motion sickness.

Oh yea, I forgot about rhythm games. Whenever I finish playing something with scrolling notes, everything looks like it's moving up and down. Like when you stand in one spot and spin, and when you stop everything is still spinning. Except with rhythm games, everything's spinning vertically.

I actually managed to scrape off the skin on my palm doing that (which might explain why I've never played any of the other games in the series).
