Someone left neutral feedback, in which everything stated is a complete lie. I opened a dispute and now the only options I get are accept feedback or cancel trade. WTF? Where is the escalate option? The guy lied about everything, and I won't go into details, but It is quite obvious even with the little information provided online. He obviously isn't going to change his feedback, or he wouldn't have lied in the first place. So am I just screwed because this guy is scum, or does the escalate option open for the seller later? PLEASE don't tell me something stupid like only the buyer can escalate or that you can't escalate neutrals. If the powers that be review this for 15 seconds it is PAINFULLY obvious that the guy is lying.

The escalate button will appear after a while. You are supposed to try to work it out amongst yourselves first. If a consensus is not reached, the escalate button will appear after a few days.

The escalate button will appear after a while. You are supposed to try to work it out amongst yourselves first. If a consensus is not reached, the escalate button will appear after a few days.

Thank you much. I've had problems in the past, and not all of them have been resolved to my liking, but I don't think I've ever dealt with anyone flat out lying about everything before.
