OP, youz a drama queen. While I agree that Goozex should tighten up on shipping somehow, I'm going to have to fall back on the principle of disagreeing with over-the-top posters. Therefore, I disagree with everything you say.
Tired of people whining about late shipping when there are MUCH more serious issues on this site. Until sending less than ordered is a negative, I don't give a **** when anyone sends anything out, as long as it gets there on time, and neither should anyone else. And they don't HAVE to ship by any time as long as it GETS THERE in the alloted time. This is not half or amazon. The seller is the one paying the shipping. Bets on this is a 100 point game at that? And there is no way "you have no use for this game now" unless you were running some form of exploit, which, in that case, no one will really care what you have to say anyway. Should people ship on time? Sure. Should they be penalized if they don't? Certainly not, at least as long as they are the ones paying for it. I always try to ship on time. Hell, already this week, a guy that requested from me had the game in his hands less than 24 hours after he REQUESTED it. That doesn't mean I always can though. That's life. And you seriously think someone should lose up to $30 for shipping late? Grow up.
Weird the 23rd was a friday...then the weekend, so monday was the 26th today the 27th. maybe will get lucky and have it in the mailbox on the 28th

Ok everyone lay off slidecage. You may not agree with his rant about shipping, but he has shipped out nearly 200 games with ZERO negatives. There are users that have left many more negatives, so to be blunt, get off his ass. He is a good user who needed to vent. Any more personal attacks will be met with probable forums bans.

I have issues with this place but shipping isn't one of them. I thought it was pretty well accepted that even though they are supposed to ship within the three days that you shouldn't count on having the game before the window expires. Since I said I have issues, I will say the ones that have either effected me or that I am worried about that I would like to see changed.
1. Users shipping packages that are not full package but listing them as full package and then keeping the points. I think this should be an auto negative. Either you have the full package or you don't. If you don't then don't lie and list it like you do.
2. Disc only needing all disks that came with the game. I feel this should be changed, but others have beaten this to death so I will just say that I think full package should be there for a reason and disk only should have its reason as well.
3. Cases should be defined as an official case for the system complete with cover art. The case by definition should also be required to hold the game AND close tightly or it isn't a case. Simple as that.

I have been really nice about people sending things out late, even when its way late, but it is getting VERY annoying.
I feel for the OP. Stuff like this drives me crazy. However I don't have an easy fix unless goozex starts attaching bonus points to games shipped on time

It used to happen every now and then, but it seems it's becoming commonplace which is extremely frustrating.

Seriously? If you NEED the game for a particular time, why not just rent it or buy a used copy? If someone goes over the 'ship by' date by a few days, I can't say that I really care. People are busy, people forget, etc etc. If people start getting users banned because someone slips up this website is going to dry up fast.
