You should definitely invest in better surge protectors. Those surge protectors I see will not save any of your systems if a freak electrical shortage happens. Or at least, unplug everything and just plug in the ones you are going to be playing at time.

Do you have a huge game collection?

Right now, I have everything plugged into four six-outlet plug strips and those are plugged into one four-outlet plug strip. When I'm not playing, I unplug that one from the wall, so the only freak shortages I really need to worry about are during gameplay. Obviously, there are some dated things I just can't do without, like the 300-75 ohm baluns, but the plug strips probably should be the next thing on my list before I worry about any more systems.

Thanks for the good eye on that! :)

As far as game collections, I would have to go by system to answer that. Some, I have quite a few for and others I only have a handful. I guess I'd say, "a decent size with definite room for expansion."

Pics. :D

I feel sorry for when you buy a new tv. Unplugging and untangling all those wires. Don't hurt yourself.Yes

Also, I hope you have alot of wireless controllers. I can't imagine seeing any more wires.

Kind of random but personally I would probably buy surround sound before a tv due to the fact that you can plug most everything into the receiver and then one hdmi cable would go from your tv to the receiver.

How the hell do you have a 360 and a PS3 hooked up to THAT?

This is my concern as well.  I didn't own a 360 and an older TV at the same time, so IDK how that looks, but my PS3 looked like crap on the old telly.  I can't imagine how crunched and jarbled it'd look on that thing, if my old 27" was bad enough.

A console collection like that DESERVES a better TV.

i cringe looking at that mess of wires on the ground

As do I, but I also spent 5+ hours setting up my TV and consoles when I moved...all because shesnrice wouldn't let me run speaker wire under the area rug.

Yes. But I suffer for the mythical benefits.

The biggest problem I see is that the Wii and the PS3 are going to bake the Jag and the Genesis. Those should really be on top or off to the side. Not to mention you have the lower right intake vent on the 360 blocked with the xbox. And buy a TurboDuo. Much better than the Turbo with cd. And yeah, really, instead of the POS wii you should have bought a $200 PC monitor. On the other hand, the better the TV, the worse most of those are going to look.

I have them run through an ABCD switch, which goes to an RF adapter which goes to the TV through a single RF cable, so I only have to unplug one thing on the TV's end. I realize I would probably have to get an adapter, but that should still be only one thing to hook up to the TV. The quality for newer games isn't the best, I'll admit, but for the moment I'm just happy to be able to play them.

I keep my controllers in a box nearby and only use one at a time, so it doesn't get too messy.

Actually, that little group on the side is just stacked like that because I wasn't sure they'd make it in the picture otherwise. I normally keep them more spread out to cover the whole end table.

That sucks...Is  there a lot of floor space from your entertainment center to your rug and from your rug to your couch?

I have minimal space between those two areas so the exposed wires are barely noticeable.
