Is there any quicker way to contact Goozex? I sent and email and filed a report. It's been nearly 5 days and they haven't responded. I paid for trade tokens and was never given any. I checked PayPal and the payment was accepted. I need to get in touch with Goozex soon!

You did not clarify where you sent an email. Goozex has a few different email accounts, and we quite often see people use the wrong one. I will flag this for you just in case.

Are the various e-mail addresses listed anywhere on the site? If not it would be awfully nice to have the list to choose from.

Did you just buy the tokens themselves? Or did you buy a tokens gift card. If that is the case check under your account in gift card tracking.

If you got sent the code for a gift card, you have to go and enter the code in your account to redeem it to have the tokens added.

I did not buy any gift card. I bought the tokens directly from Goozex. Via PayPal. I have done it plenty of times before.
They, and you, for that matter, should easily be able to look at your account history and see if any were added when you made the purchase. I'm not sure how there can even be a dispute. I'm sorry for your troubles though. I'm worried that will happen every time I do it, but thankfully I've never had a problem.
I feel like this should be easy to solve..but it has been incredibly hard. I'm about to just re-buy them and just realize there's no winning with them even if I'm right.
