Here is my Subaru.

Its sweet all wheel drive has gotten us through many a snow storm this past winter.

Its also worth noting that this car has gotten me through both snowmaggedon and a Category 1 Hurricane.

Leasing never sounds like a good idea to me...

Leasing is fine if you don't put a lot of miles on a car and get bored with cars easily.  I know people who are more than happy to always have a car payment if it means they can get something different every few years.

Yikes.  Though I guess that's the same thing as renting your residence.

Yeah, it's pretty much the same thing except easier than moving every 3 years

Honestly I can't bring myself to lease but it has more to do with the fact I mod EVERY car I've ever had and it's not worth modding a leased car and then having to take everything off to bring back when the lease ends.

I think at that point you just go ahead and purchase the vehicle.

Just bought a carbon fiber nose, tail, upper and mid fairing but haven't put them on yet

I am crying for you, because your replacement is a R^ (the R6 isn't bad, it's just not an Aprilia!)

I have a 14' Jonboat I added front and rear casting decks into, a 2000 S10 Blazer and a 2003 ZZR 600, the boat and bike got tons of usage before a wreck I had last year, and the truck sat, only pulling the boat, now the boat and bike sit a lot, and the truck gets driven, it's falling to pieces, so I'm contemplating getting another truck to pull the new boat i'm planning on getting after the house. I've picked a Triumph Sprint ST as my new bike (once again, after the house), and will prolly get a Skeeter or maybe a Triton boat, the truck will be a GMC Sierra or Chevy Silverado more than likely. Soon.... (I hope!)

I had to pay cash for the replacement due to the fact that I had a license for a car but not a bike and my insurance got canceled without warning literally right before the Aprilia got stolen. I didn't have one when I bought it and just never got around to getting one. I owed $20,000 out of pocket for a bike I don't have so I dropped $7,000 on the R6. Thats all I could come up with and wouldn't have gotten a loan.

Nice DeLorean though there are only like 6,500 of those left and yours looks clean.

And to the guy with Beemer, my neighbor has a 1995 M3 and it is so quick he has over 10,000in mods and is one of the fastest cars ive seen

Actually theres a factory down in Flordia I believe with all the extra parts DeLorean left when they closed and they make technically "new" Deloreans and they'll also add upgrades like on board GPS and stage 2 engines and crap like that lol.  Mines an original though, Mechanically not in nearly as good shape as the exterior leads you too believe, but she runs beautifully.

I think the factory is in Houston.
