I sent a game and the tracking says that he did received it.
I PM him to know if he really did and he still dosen't awnser me i want my points as fast as possible

I hear driving by his place slowly with your lights turned off will get him to leave feedback faster.

Wait until 14/21 days and you will get your positive feedback automatically.  Spamming the user with PMs will almost ensure that you wait the entire 14/21 days.

Put a bag of flaming dog poo on his doorstep and when he comes out to stomp on the fire, jump out of the bushes and remind him to leave feedback.

For best results, do this at night while wearing a monster mask.
