What video game have you put the most hours into?

I've never had a problem with being addicted to video games, but just a few weeks ago I reluctantly picked up a copy of Pokemon Heart Gold my friend recommended to me and I've been hooked on it since the day it came out. Right now I have 110 hours put into it and it has only been about a month, every time I look at it i shutter in denial...haha. What about you guys, have you ever had any type of game you just could not put down and then realized how much you have played?

For me it was Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II for the Xbox. I played that game for about a year and it was real bad with just how much time I spent on it. I put hundreds of hours into it, and got 4 characters into super high levels.

Fallout 3. About a week or two after I bought it, I was 70 hours in.

Ok here is my list of 300+ hour games

Phantasy Star Online (Dreamcast to Gamecube)

Phantasy Star Universe (PS2, PC & Xbox 360)

B.O.T.S

Oblivion

Fallout 3

Borderlands

Orange Box

Halo 3

MAG

Breath of Fire 3

Final Fantasy 7 & 8

These are all games that I have crushed spending over 300 hours on.

I put over 300 hours into the PSP version of Disgaea.  I still might pick it up again to finish Etna's alternate world.

I think the longest for me was Final Fantasy 5.  I held off the end of that game for months just power leveling.

battlefield:modern combat for ps2 without a doubt, and runner up would have to be fallout3 with 150+ hours

70+ days World of Warcraft

155 hours Pokemon Red

110 hours Resident Evil 5

105 hours Pokemon Diamond

102 hours Tales of Vesperia

92 hours Star Ocean: TTEOT

85 hours Dragon Quest VIII (Then I lost the damn memory card right at the end of the game)

83 hours Fallout 3

Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee (No play time clock but it has to be in the 70-80 range at a minimum)

CoD4: 20+ days on the PS3 version and just starting to get back into it on the 360.  It was the game that convinced me to pick up a PS3 and get started with PS360 gaming.

Guild Wars: 20+ days but at least 5 days spent idling AFK during festival events to rank up my titles

Day of Defeat and Halo 1:  easily had 200+ hours each playing mutiplayer/LAN matches

The Elder Scrolls:Morrowind (PC + Xbox) and Final Fantasy VI (SNES + PS1): about 100 - 200 hours each on various games over the years

If you count PC and MMO I would say Everquest. I played it for 10 years. Then I would say Master of Orion II. Friggin addictive game :)

I've got 1000+ hours on Street Fighter 4. Probably 1000+ on Gears of War 1 too. A disgusting amount of time went into a mmorpg called Talesweaver as well.

Everquest, but if you don't count MMOs it's Pokemon Diamond.  250+ hours and counting.
