Okay, after digging my old one out of storage, I'm going to be perfectly clear about what this has and what it doesn't, just so that everyone knows.
I've got the four discs, the original case with inserts, the leather bound book, and no map. My old one appears to have a hammered, thin cardboard sleeve that goes around it, so apparently it has a thin slipcase -- ala Star Ocean, PS2. So, I guess it really does just qualify as disc + manual. Maskim, after you read this through, if you're still up for it, let me know and I'll go ahead and accept.
If you're interested, I can also provide a picture. *shrug*
Make sure I read that right. So it doesn't have the outer box? If not, I'll have to think about it for a bit and get back to you. I'll let you know well before it times out.
I'm assuming that's what this mangled piece of cardboard on my original used to be, some sort of slipcase that contained everything. A quick Google search shows that yes, it's supposed to have one, but this copy would not. I'd rather you have all the facts before I confirm it, so there you go. The discs themselves and the case they're in are in magnificent shape, though.
If you wouldn't mind posting up a quick pic of it, I would appreciate it. I'm most likely still interested, but I'm curious as to just how mangled the box is.
Sorry, I apologize, I should have been more clear. The outer box is on my copy, not the one I'm putting up. The one that goes up does not have the outer box, just the case, the inserts, four discs, and the leather bound box. I'll take a few quick pics and put them up for you, just as soon as I can figure out how to get the damn pictures off my phone :x

Man... I'M tempted to grab it myself, but the lack of a box sucks... Yeah, without the box that's definitely considered a disc & manual only. If it had the box I'd jump on it for 1000 points without the map, but without the box, it's just not worth it to me... Shame. Tried to find a box on eBay and no luck.
A local store has the full package for $50 cash, but the box is in rough shape... I can live without a map or even with discs that need a resurfacing, but I need a nice looking box...Ended up grabbing the copy of Lunar 2 complete for the same price though. Great shape for that one.
Good luck trading it. If you find a new box for it, let me know! I'd pay 1000 for it!
