Hey, someone claimed I sent them a disc with a crack in it.  Obviously (to me at least) I wouldn't do this.  I decided to let it go, since I didn't even take the time to review the complaint on goozex until it was closed, but now I am getting an email from another user on goozex, asking about this, because the same user who claimed the disc I sent was cracked, is saying the disc he just received from yet another person has a deep scratch making it unusable.  Do I have a recourse here?

Unfortunately, if your transaction is already closed, you can't do anything to change your feedback. You can, however, send this person's user name to a Mod such as Mafafu so they can flag him for the G-team to check out.

EDIT: I checked out this user, and he looks fine. No need to notify a Mod. If he does end up leaving lots of negatives for cracked discs or something he will automatically be flagged. It doesn't look like there's anything to worry about though.

It might have gotten cracked in the mail or something like that. I see that the guy re-requested the same game after he said he had recieved a cracked disk from you and I can't really see why he would re-request it if he was actually lying.

This is a good point. Now that I checked out this user, he looks fine. The game you sent him maybe got damaged in the mail. Unfortunately, It happens.
