So I've received negative feedback after my buyer never got the game, even though I sent it. Checking the tracking number, it never went anywhere. Anyways, I know that the buyer is supposed to be refunded (and rightfully so), but what does that mean for me? Do I lose my points? Am I down a game and 500 Goozex points?

You did offer a delivery confirmation which is good for you. It would also be helpful if you kept your receipt. If you purchased the postage through Goozex, you are covered as well.

So should I just accept the feedback? Will I still keep my points?

Do not accept the negative feedback, as you send the game and have DC. Dispute the negative feedback and in the dispute, put down information like the DC.

Goozex will investigate the dispute and refund the your points if it's valid.

One question on what mafafu said.... Are you saying that if you ship the game with delivery confirmation, but not with a label purchased through goozex, that you are then responsible as a seller for lost mail and not covered?

If it is shown "stuck" at a sorting facility then you both keep your points.

the OP is saying "it never went anywhere" though.. does it even show as being accepted by the post office?

This happened to me on Swaptree once. I bought DC but it never updated with anything for a month.

Eventually after about 4 weeks the buyer did get their disc. It must have fallen through the cracks somehow :|

Definitely dispute and explain the situation. You might end up losing your points but getting them back a few weeks down the road.

There seems to be a lot of this going around lately: I sent it but it never got picked up on tracking and must be lost in the mail going around on here these days. Happened to me on the buyers end of one of my last transactions.

I just recently received a game (Bioshock) and the the tracking info says the status has not changed since the 12.

USPS Sux but its the best bang for the buck worldwide so kind of a catch 22.

mafafu is saying that if you got the label through Goozex then you don't need a receipt.

You are still covered if you don't use the Goozex label. you just need a little more proof than just the number.
