Matched with a user. User is now no longer registered, never sent game. I STILL have to wait to leave negative feedback!? Well, I waited the 7 days, and I left negative feedback. Lo and behold... I have to wait an additional few days for the user (who does not exist anymore) to reply to the feedback. Wow.
This is freaking ridiculous. Why is there not a simple check to see if a user exists? If they don't exist, points should be refunded just like that, and my game should be added back to the queue immediately.
Now in total, I will have probably waited an additional 2 weeks for me to receive a game I'm queued up for. Not to mention the time it takes to find another match.
It's things like this that make me want to stop using Goozex once all my points run out.
OP leave negative feedback (like received unplayable game) and in the comments mention the seller's account was disabled and you are starting the refund process.
Oh and take deep breathes, possibly into a paper bag.

Cheez's answer is correct.
Still, the OP is on to something--if a user is disabled, all their trades should immediately get the "cancel trade" button tacked on. That should not be a hard thing to add into the system, I'd think.
One thing that Goozex requires from a person is patience.
I realize that patience is a virtue, and that a majority of Goozers (G-Nitro, Larpi, and every long term Goozer I pretty much know) aren't particularly virtuous. Except for patience. Better to wait 2 weeks and not get ripped off than to not wait 2 weeks and truly lose something.

Will mention in the mod lair.
Yeah, sorry for over-reacting guys. I don't mean to sound like I'm freaking out. It's just that being matched with a "bad" user happens more often than it should. A few of my friends who I've actually recommended to use Goozex have had horrible first trades.
Anyway I'm sure things will get resolved, but the whole delay just irks me.
Thanks for not collectively flaming me though. :)
I was under the impression that although they have time to respond you would get your points back a day or two after leaving the negative. That was what happened with a bad trade that I just had...please let me know if I am wrong for future reference. Good luck with your trade, and I think for the most part other goozers seem to understand venting to a reasonable extent, and nothing you posted was unreasonable at all, so I wouldn't worry too much about getting flamed for stuff :)

You get the points, token and spot in line back 48-72 hours after Negative feedback is confirmed. It will take 3 days for the negative feedback to be confirmed
OOOOH, ok, thanks for clarifying. The seller in my case must have confirmed then without me knowing.
