I am currently 48th in line for the xbox 360 version of "tales of vesperia." However, after looking at the stats, I only see 14 active people who are ready to trade; the majority are restricted. If it came down to me being first in line for the active, would I have to wait behind the restricted people, even if I AM ready?
If they are still restricted, then no, you won't have to wait. The next available offer would go to you.
I've been over 100 in line before, but because everyone was ahead of me, restricted, or waiting for a different pack, I got it first. Suckers.
Nothing new, and it was a while ago, I just love it when that happens.
