This just happened to me. I don't think it's appropriate.
Wow, that is actually an appropriate suggestion. I personally haven't seen it before, but I think you just did something that is quite rare.
That is a good suggestion. I am not sure how easy this would be to implement, but I will pass it along to the higher ups.

lol that sucks
This may be a good idea, but who gets skipped?
I hate suggestions that start to mess around with people's positions in the queue. If you're first in line as a buyer and they're first as a seller, you should be matched up.
But this seems like a very logical exception. I don't imagine it's a very common occurance, but I can see it potentially causing serious problems for the few times it does. If there is a feasible way to do this, I think they should.
I can see that this could be very useful 99.9 % of the time. The problem with this is If I was a buyer and got into a dispute because of a lame reason that could be easily fixed I wouldnt want the slight possibility to get skipped on something else that I could possibly be waiting months for like certain full anime sets or a rare game just because I was in an unrelated dispute - of course the odds of that happening are also very slim - but thats usually how my luck works.

This is why^
Think if the game was lost in the mail, dispute window was open only to extend the trade window, so after you think of all the possibilities it is correct to get matched up with the same person, another point is everyone is here to save money if there was a problem with the first trade the seller should/would make sure to correct any discrepencies the 2nd go round.
