On a different note, is it odd that there's already a trade in progress? I mean, it's not like it's a good game to "flip" or anything. Why would someone be trading it so soon, or is it a possible scammer?

Not all that odd. It's happened before. Many people flip games that have good prices on release.

Doubt it is a likely scammer. More like a definite scammer. I got mine today from Amazon release day delivery, but i love this series so you won't see it listed on Goozex. At least until the GoW collection for the PS4 comes out and has the first 5 or 6 games across all systems. Then I will get rid of it.
Why Get Angry Just Look at These Grapics. Wait will Be Worth Your While
I think that's a bug. I believe when you look at the "Within your country/trading region" stats, the Restricted total is the Active number of requests plus the actual Restricted number. If you look at the info for any item on the site, the Restricted total will always be the same or larger than the Active one.
Heck, now there are 2 trades in progress. I'd be leery if I were in one of the top spots!
I'm top spot and it's definitely a scammer. I'm emailing help@goozex.com to notify them, but is there anything else I could do to regain my spot quicker than 14 days and also hopefully make it so he doesnt receive any more free games I would also assume the second trade is a scam as well.
I always suspected that the first few trades were members of the press that are getting rid of their review copy. Certainly could be scammers though.
I'm still waiting for UPS to deliver my game (it has been listed as "out for delivery" since 8am... 5:30pm now). This will probably be the last time that I actually pay for the day of service delivery, but I knew ahead of time that it was not going to be worth trying to wait in that queue to get this game.
It could be a scammer, but there are also plenty of stores around the country that break release dates, especially for hot titles like this. A buddy of mine got MW2 almost a week early. Goozex won't let you list a game until the official release date, though. And like someone else said, they could've got it at a midnight release and beat it already, or otherwise expect to beat it within the next 3 days (which can be done easily).

My Release Day Delivery packages generally comes around 6-7pm here. Separately from other UPS packages that I get those days. Odd but strangely consistent.

You should always be leary if you are in a top spot for any AAA release. Sometimes they work out, most of the time they don't from what i hear.My personal experience:
GI JOE - worked
Dynasty warriors gundam -worked
Heavy rain - fail
MLB 10 the Show (wasn't first but was top couple) - fail and am in the process of going through the trade w/ another user that is raising red flags everywhere.
Thats why w/ Yakuza 3 i figure ill put it on hold for a week or so, before activating.

It would make sense for them to come that late in the day just so they can avoid having to attempt redelivery, but I really wish that I had known that ahead of time. I wouldn't have stuck around all day expecting the package to come at any moment. Is is really too much to hope that UPS can slightly upgrade their system to actually inform you of when they are going to making a delivery? It's not like they are just circulating around at random... or are they?

There's a do-able idea. The first 24 hours, let everyone get in line, not have a place in the queue, and then after the 24 hours is up, everyone gets a random spot in it.
That way people don't have to stay up and whine and complain all the time, until they RaNDomLy get a bad spot in line. ^ ^
