While not really wanting to be drawn into your self propelled decent into madness, can I ask that you add "Friends" to the list.

At first I wasn't going to do this, but your avatar is very scary looking so I thought maybe I'd better come up with a good reason to do it.  Ok, I got it.  Friendly fire in multiplayer games qualifies putting in "friends" as a possible choice.

There have been a few other revisions to the list as well.  Thanks for the imput, I'm all about creating a poll that fits everyone's needs.

voted for Zombies, but Goombas was a tempting addition.  perhaps if there were Zoombieas, I would have the perfect Nintendo enemy

Definitely zombies...More specifically Nazi Zombies (CoD:WaW).  There's nothing like the feeling you get when you know that you're going to be eaten if you screw up.  Last time I checked...you don't get that too often from terrorists.  Good times.

People that nuke boost in MW2. It brings me great happiness when I end some boosters 20 killstreak. Their angry messages feed me. lol

I picked friends, because there is nothing better than chainsawing my GF in Gears of War 1 and 2, or stabbing friends in CoD4 or MW2 (Right Duddy?)

playing L4D vs against people you know and eating a friend's brain is quite awesome

also, blowing up a vehicle full of enemy soldiers in BC2 is awesomesauce

I would say civilians, followed by gangsters, followed by zombies. Since civilians wasn't suggested, I went with gangsters.
