I never got a game and he never said anything. All i got is the negative feedback but i haven't gotten refunded.

It can take up to 3 business days to get your points refunded.  Your negative just went through on friday, so your refund, if it didn't go through on friday, would be either monday or tuesday.

I believe once you post negative feedback the seller has 72 hours to respond. If they fail to do so or cannot provide proof that the game was sent then it can take up to 3 business days to get your points back. I've had two this way so far, and both times the points were back less that 24 hours after the 72 hour window expired.
