Stuck On Dante's Inferno - Help

Hi.  I am in the gluttony level where the portal doors are going all different dimensions.  I have access to three switches, two of which do the same thing, turn on door.  I am just lost on what I should be doing here.  Any help?

Ugh. That one confused me for a little while, but essentially you will have to get to a portal along the far back "wall". You will have to hit a switch which brings up another panel, you will then have to use that panel to jump "down" and clear the gap. There should be a switch that rotates one of the pillars in the upper left. The top half of this portal should be pointed "down". Now, you should notice another gate somewhere near there. You will need to time it so that the floating panel is positioned right under the pillar in the upper left. Now jump through the gate and you should fall on to the platform. This is really hard to explain in words.... Video is probably easier

Yeah, that's the only spot in the game I had to get on youtube and watch a video to show me how to do it.  The last jump was a pain in my ass.

Oh yes, I hated this part.  I was stuck for a while, but I too had to look it up to move on.  It was confusing!

I was stuck here to for awhile. I had to look at a walk through to get past it.

The worst part is that I actually go through this one without the video but I gave up the relic and the judas gold because I didn't do some extra steps to get it. Bleh!
