Whats up with stubbs the zombie for orig. xbox. is this game really rare?  Ive been waiting forever for it.

It came out extremely late in the life of the original X-Box, thus making it a bit scarce.

That and a lot of people have bought it for pc since many websites put it on sale last year for 5 dollars.

took me at least 5 months being first in line to get my copy; ill eventually trade it back out, if i ever get around to playing it

It's one of those rare titles that didn't last long on a console. As mentioned it came out the last year of the original Xbox's life and was one of the hidden gem titles that no one knew about until it wasn't available anymore.
