SMGUA - I love belgian waffles. the problem with belgian waffles though is overcoming the inertia to make the batter so i cna use my waffle iron. And so it goes unused.

No worries. Waffles are merely re-shaped pancakes. Pancakes taste good too. They are more fluffy. Waffles have more of a crunch. Both taste good with butter and maple syrup. Unfortunately, I usually do not have the time to make either waffles or pancakes...
