In the list, Jean Grey, although it depends at what point in the Phoenix/Jean Grey timeline you pick her. Same would go for Hulk, Grey Hulk (ie, not braindead) is brainiac with brawn.

Not from the list - Franklin Richards. He'd just blink them all from existence.

Sorry, Galactus, Thor, Franklin Richards, Silver Surfer, and the Phoenix version of Jean Grey never got the memo.

I'd agree that Galactus and Phoenix are a different level of entities - Thanos would be an interesting argument too.

But Franklin Richards just has immense power (have been out of the loop - are they still locked behind a mental block?) and has been shown as a genuine hero in alternate futures (although much less poweful).

Silver Surfer is for me on the same level as Superman (not in terms of strength, but in terms of enity level).

Ya, Batman knew there's be no shot for anyone if those guys got involved, so he made sure they never got the memo.  Thanos too.  They're off doing interstellar things.

I must say, it's a very close race right now, Batman and Superman both tied for first, and Wolverine and SuperRick both tied for third.  It's anyone's fight right now, voting ends on Sunday!

Wolverine and SuperRick both tied for third champStorm (the loser of the tie for first goes to second place...you know...)

I gotta go with Batman on this one, but it's close between him and superman.

Condoman?

Somewhere, the creators of Gundam are pissed because they didn't think of this first.

Admittedly I know little about superhero lore, but it appears that depending on when this event took place, Superman would either clearly be the winner or an easy kill for Batman.

According to Wiki, there's a period of time or storyline in which there is only a single sample of Kryptonite on Earth, and with only a 24 hour window to both find and steal said material, plus plan for the rest of the fight, it's highly unlikely it'd be successful.

In the instance further ahead, a meteor brought a crapton of the stuff to earth and Superman friendly corporations, including Wayne Enterprises, scooped up as much as possible to keep S safe...so Batman would have a ton to use.

Without it, Superman would be the clear cut winner.  With it, I'd say it's still a tossup.  I don't think you can beat true superpowers of the scope that Superman carries...assuming my suggested Condoman is a no-show that is.

Alas, the time for discussion is over, Batman wins.  History has been set, Batman is the winner.  It has forever been immortalized....   Batman wins.
